COSTELLO GETS ANSWERS AND CONTINGENCY PLAN FOR LIEN CERTIFICATE PRINTER ISSUE
When Councilman Costello discovered that the City’s only real estate lien certificate printer had broken down n early-July, disrupting and delaying more than 1,000 real estate transactions in Baltimore City, he wrote a letter to Henry Raymond, Director of the Department of Finance, expressing his concerns and requesting an immediate response, including a contingency plan.
